When I became serious about providing healthy meals for myself and my family, I discovered the need to plan ahead in order to make it happen. This bundle includes some tools I developed to make it easy.
Step 1: Fill out a weekly meal planner sheet, referring to a blend of new, healthy recipes plus using old favourites that are healthy.
Step 2: Write a shopping list based on the meals chosen.
Step 3: Create a home food stockpile. I have created a how-to-guide for you.
